中文摘要: 根据低品位硫化铅锌矿性质特点,采用响应曲面法对铅粗选进行分析,得到最优试验药剂用量:氧化钙2446.80g/t、硫酸锌1042.57g/t、丁铵黑药41.42g/t,在该条件下,得到铅精矿中Pb品位39.03%,回收率36.78%,Zn品位9.26%,回收率1.87%,与优化结果基本一致。为进一步探索试验效果,根据上述药剂用量进行闭路试验,最终获得铅精矿中Pb品位40.13%,回收率55.06%,锌精矿中Zn品位45.89%,回收率93.09%。
Abstract:According to the characteristics of the low-grade lead-zinc sulfide ore,the response surface methodology(RSM) was used to analyze the rough selection of lead, and the optimal test reagent dosage was obtained:calcium oxide 2446.80g/t,zinc sulfate 1042.57g/t,butamine xanthate 41.42g/t,under these conditions, the Pb grade of the lead concentrate is 39.03%,the recovery rate is 36.78%, the Zn grade is 9.26%,and the recovery rate is 1.87%,which is basically consistent with the optimized results. In order to further explore the effect of the test, a closed-circuit test was carried out according to the dosage of the above-mentioned agents. Finally,the Pb grade in the lead concentrate was 40.13%, the recovery rate was 55.06%, and the Zn grade in the zinc concentrate was 45.89%,and the recovery rate was 93.09%.
