中文摘要: 四川省峨眉黄山石灰石矿山磨环凼部位由于矿山开采以及降雨等因素的扰动发生滑坡,造成运输主干道的毁坏,严重影响矿山企业的正常运营及安全生产。为了尽快恢复矿山生产需对其进行应急治理,而常规治理方案并不适用于此滑坡,所以创新性的提出采用定向抛掷爆破的方案来治理该滑坡。并对主滑方向上的典型剖面在五种工况下进行稳定性计算,建立此爆破方案数值模型并进行计算分析。结果表明:现状滑坡处于临界失稳状态,急需应急治理,爆破清理后滑坡处于稳定状态,说明此应急爆破排险方案安全有效;当爆堆稳定堆积时,主要堆积于685 m平台上,最远冲击离为184 m,最大爆堆高度为36 m。研究结果可为类似矿山滑坡提供一种新的应急治理思路和方案。
Abstract:Due to the disturbance of mining and rainfall, the landslide occurred in a limestone mine in Sichuan province, which caused the destruction of the main road of transportation and seriously affected the normal operation and safe production of mining enterprises. In order to resume mine production as soon as possible, emergency treatment is needed, and the conventional treatment scheme is not suitable for this landslide, so the directional throwing blasting scheme is proposed innovatively to control this landslide. The stability calculation of the typical section in the main sliding direction is carried out under five working conditions, and the numerical model of this blasting scheme is established and calculated and analyzed. The results show that: The current landslide is in a critical state of instability, which is in urgent need of emergency treatment, The landslide is in a stable state after blasting, indicating that this emergency blasting plan is safe and effective;When the muckpile is stably piled up, it is mainly piled on the 685 m platform, the farthest impact distance is 184 m, and the maximum blast pile height is 36 m. The research results can provide a new emergency treatment idea and plan for similar mine landslides.
