中文摘要: 针对矿山充填开采成本较高、尾砂和废石等固废处置困难等问题,以废石、尾砂为实验材料,通过正交试验法确定质量浓度、灰砂比及废石掺量对粗骨料胶结充填体流动性及力学性能的影响规律,并确定出合理的配比参数。结果表明:质量浓度、废石掺量及灰砂比均为充填料浆坍落度的显著性影响因素,其中质量浓度的影响最为关键;方差分析结果表明,质量浓度、灰砂比能够对充填体3d及28d抗压强度有显著性影响,而当废石掺量为5%~20%时,废石掺量对粗骨料充填体抗压强度无显著性影响;多元线性回归模型能够准确的反映出粗骨料胶结充填体抗压强度及坍落的变化规律,且构建三维可视化模型能够直观反映出质量浓度、灰砂比及废石掺量的复合作用对充填体性能的影响;基于建立的充填体配比参数寻优模型可得出一组合理的配比参数为:灰砂比为1:9.5,质量浓度为80%,废石掺量为20%。
Abstract:In mining process, in order to solve some problems of high mining cost and difficulty in disposal of solid wastes such as tailings and waste rocks.Used waste rock and tailings as materials to conduct orthogonal test to explore the effects of mass concentration,cement content and waste rock content on the fluidity and mechanical properties of cemented coarse aggregate backfill then determined reasonable proportioning parameters that can be applied in industry. The results show that three factors, the mass concentration, the amount of waste rock and the ratio of cement to sand, significantly affect the slump of filling slurry while the mass concentration is the most important factor. The results of variance analysis show that the mass concentration and cement content can significantly affect the 3d and 28d compressive strength of the backfill.but the content of waste rock (5%~20%) has no significant effect on the compressive strength of coarse aggregate backfill.The multiple linear regression model can accurately reflect the variation law of compressive strength and collapse of cemented coarse aggregate backfill,and the three-dimensional visualization model can directly reflect the influence of mass concentration, lime sand ratio and waste rock content on the performance of backfill. Based on the established optimization model of filling proportion parameters, a group of reasonable ratio parameters can be obtained as follows: lime sand ratio is 1:9.5, mass concentration is 80%, and waste rock content is 20%.
