中文摘要: 基于改善激光选区熔化成型免装配部件的表面质量以及间隙配合运动,采用单因素试验和正交试验研究了激光选区熔化过程中的激光功率、扫描速度、扫描线间距对成型件表面粗糙度的影响,以及研究了激光体能量密度对球副配合运动影响。结果表明:当激光功率为200 W、扫描速度为550 mm/s、扫描线间距为0.12 mm时,成型件表面粗糙度Ra达到最小值12 μm;当球副空腔比为0.2,体能量密度在60~90 J/mm3时,球副间隙无明显粘粉情况且配合灵活。
Abstract:Based on the surface quality of the laser melt district from assembly parts and clearance fit exercise, the single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments were adopted to study the effects of laser power, laser scanning speed and laser hatch space on the surface roughness of the molded parts, and to study the effect of laser energy density on spherical pair fit motion. The results show that when the laser power is 200 W, the scanning speed is 550 mm/s, and the hatch space is 0.12 mm, the surface roughness of the molded parts reaches the minimum value of 12 μm;when the cavity ratio of the spherical pair is 0.2 and the physical density is 60—90 J/mm3,the spherical pair clearance has no obvious adhesion and the cooperative motion is better.
