中文摘要: 我国铝土矿资源匮乏且品位低,面对日益上涨的铝资源需求,从高铝粉煤灰中提取氧化铝成为一条有效的缓解途径,既可以高值化利用粉煤灰,降低环境危害,同时也可以保障我国铝资源的安全。主要介绍了从粉煤灰提取氧化铝的技术进展,总结了碱法、酸法、酸碱联合法及其他方法的工艺流程、原理及不足之处,指出了制约其工业化进程的关键问题,最后对从粉煤灰提取氧化铝的发展做了展望,以期为相关研究提供参考。
Abstract:Given the contradiction of shortage and low grade of bauxite resources and the increasing demand for aluminum resources, extracting Al2O3 from high aluminum coal fly ash has become an effective mitigation approach, which can reduce environmental hazards, and ensure the safety of aluminum resources in China as well. The article mainly focuses on the technical progress of extracting Al2O3 from high aluminum coal fly ash. The process flow, principle, and shortcomings of the alkali method, acid method, acid-alkali combined method, and other methods were summarized, and eventually, the key problems that restrict the industrialization process were pointed out. Recommendations are made on the development of extraction of alumina from fly ash, hoping to provide a reference for related research.
