中文摘要: 以云南某铁矿分段矿房法为研究对象,结合矿体赋存条件,通过现场工程地质调查和室内岩石力学实验,利用CAD、数值模拟软件ANSYS、FLAC3D对分段矿房法的不同分段高度进行研究,分段按照每步10m高度进行开挖,对不同分段高度下采场应力、位移、塑性区三个参数的变化进行分析。研究结果表明:当分段高度达到40m时,开挖过程中采场顶板发生了拉伸破坏区域,间柱部分有贯通的剪切破坏塑性区出现,30m分段时采场处于稳定状态,不同分段高度下采场开挖形成的最小主应力均未超出岩体的抗拉强度,采场顶底板和上下盘的竖向横向位移量均处在采场安全位移的范围内,综合分析选取最佳分段高度为30m。研究结果可对矿山的安全生产提供指导性建议,为类似矿山提供参考借鉴。
Abstract:The sublevel ore house method in an iron ore mine in Yunnan province is taken as the research background, occurrence conditions of ore body by field engineering geological survey and indoor rock mechanics experiment, CAD, numerical simulation software ANSYS and FLAC3D are used to study the different mining heights of sublevel chamber method.piecewise according to each step 10 m height of excavation, the stope stress, displacement and plastic zone under different segment the change of the three parameters were analyzed, and the results show that the When the sublevel height reach 40 m, stope roof tensile failure happened in the process of excavation area, between the columns are well versed in the shear failure of the plastic zone, 30 m sublevel stope is in stable condition, mining excavation under different sublevel height form has not been the minimum principal stress is beyond tensile strength of rock mass and footwall on stope roof and floor and the vertical displacement of lateral displacement are in stope safety, within the scope of the comprehensive analysis to select the best sublevel height of 30 m, is of great significance for mine safety production instruction, It provides reference for similar mines.
