中文摘要: 为提高尾矿库稳定性评估工作精准度,将可变模糊集理论引入到尾矿库稳定性评中,建立了基于博弈论-可变模糊集的综合评估模型。在综合考虑了尾矿库失稳原因及自然因素和管理因素等6个方面的基础上,选取了17个指标构建了综合评价指标体系;采用G1-CV法分别确定指标主观权重和客观权重,并基于博弈论计算指标综合权重,通过计算单指标相对隶属度和综合特征值,对河南省栾川县3个尾矿库进行稳定性等级评估,并与云模型和未确知测度理论评估结果相比较。结果表明,本文所建立的综合评价模型评估结果合理可靠,与实际情况相符合,为尾矿库稳定性评估工作提供一种新方法。
Abstract:According to the characteristics of uncertainty and randomness in the risk assessment of tailings dam break, a comprehensive assessment model based on game theory and variable fuzzy set is established by introducing variable fuzzy set. Firstly, considering the form of tailings dam break, 17 indicators are selected to build a comprehensive evaluation index system; secondly, the subjective and objective weights of indicators are determined by using the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the coefficient of variation method, and the comprehensive weights of indicators are calculated based on the game theory, and the risk level of tailings dam break is determined by determining the relative membership function and comprehensive eigenvalue of single indicator; finally, the risk level of tailings dam break is determined Then, the evaluation model is applied to the risk assessment of tailings dam break in a metal mine, and the results are compared with the cloud model and unascertained measurement theory. The research shows that the evaluation results of the comprehensive evaluation model established in this paper are reasonable and reliable, consistent with the actual situation, which can provide a new method for the risk assessment of tailings dam break.
