中文摘要: 近年来,随着氧化铝工业发展,造成赤泥大量堆积,严重污染生态环境。实验以拜耳法赤泥为原料,通过氢气预还原,再配碳二次还原,最后磁选,探究还原过程中氢气流速、还原温度、配碳量、保温时间等因素对还原铁粉回收率和品位的影响。结果表明,在赤泥与碳酸钠质量比为100:5,氢气流速2600mL/min,温度1000℃,焙烧时间120min,碳粉与一次还原后的赤泥质量比为1:5的条件下,得到品位为93.19%,回收率为79.53%的还原铁粉,所得产品可直接用于粉末冶金领域及钛白粉行业。

Abstract:In recent years, with the development of alumina industry, a large amount of red mud is accumulated, which seriously pollutes the ecological environment. In this experiment, Bayer red mud was used as raw material, and the effects of hydrogen flow rate, reduction temperature, carbon content, holding time and other factors on the recovery and grade of reduced iron powder during the reduction process were investigated by hydrogen pre-reduction, secondary reduction with carbon, and finally magnetic separation. The results show that under the conditions of mass ratio of red mud to sodium carbonate of 100:5, flow rate of hydrogen of 2600mL/min, temperature of 1000℃, roasting time of 120min, mass ratio of carbon powder to red mud after first reduction of 1:5, the reduced iron powder with grade of 93.19% and recovery of 79.53% can be directly used in the field of powder metallurgy and titanium dioxide industry.
