中文摘要: (目的)常规方案设计的防震减震结构考虑的动荷载来源单一,导致安全性评估结果不达标,研究动荷载作用下的金属矿山防震减震设计及安全性评估方案。(设计方法)针对防震减震设计,根据放大系数水平传播变化方式,计算动荷载作用下的地震峰值加速度;通过调整加速度曲线,提取金属矿山震动响应特征;采用等效阻尼法设计防震减震结构,完成金属矿山防震减震设计方案。(评估方法)针对安全性评估,采用LEC法半定量化评估金属矿山安全,得到矿山的安全性评估等级。(实验)仿真测试:新方案获得的轴力、弯矩以及剪力响应特性符合实际,设计的防震减震结构将金属矿山的安全等级,由II级提升到I级;两组常规方案获得的动荷载参数稍微偏离实际值,设计的防震减震结构没能提升金属矿山的安全等级。(结论)可见设计的新防震减震结构,更能维护金属矿山安全。

Abstract:In the conventional scheme design, the dynamic load source is single, which leads to the failure of safety evaluation results. In this paper, the seismic design and safety evaluation scheme of metal mine under dynamic load is studied. According to the horizontal propagation mode of amplification factor, the seismic peak acceleration under dynamic load is calculated; By adjusting the acceleration curve, the vibration response characteristics of metal mines are extracted; The equivalent damping method is used to design the shock absorption structure, and the shock absorption design scheme of metal mine is completed. Aiming at the safety evaluation, the safety of metal mines is semi quantitatively evaluated by LEC Method, and the safety evaluation grade of mines is obtained. Simulation test: the response characteristics of axial force, bending moment and shear force obtained by the new scheme are in line with the reality, and the safety level of the metal mine is upgraded from level II to level I; The dynamic load parameters obtained by the two groups of conventional schemes deviate slightly from the actual value, and the designed anti seismic structure can not improve the safety level of metal mines. It can be seen that the design of the new shock absorption structure can better maintain the safety of metal mines.
