中文摘要: 为解决湿法炼锌硫酸锌溶液中传统溶剂萃取回收铟过程需使用高浓度盐酸反萃,且反萃后贫有机相中夹带氯离子危害湿法炼锌的难题。本文采用P204-TOPO混合萃取体系从含铟浸出液中选择性萃取铟,载铟有机相采用硫酸反萃,实现无氯体系回收铟。研究发现,混合体系萃取铟过程属于阳离子交换,TOPO与P204发生缔合作用,减弱了P204与铟离子生成的萃合物稳定性,有利于提高其反萃性能。研究了萃取剂浓度、反应时间、硫酸浓度和温度等条件对铟萃取的影响,结果表明在萃取剂组成为10% P204-4%TOPO-86%磺化煤油,反应时间5min,硫酸浓度20g/L,相比O/A为1/1,25℃的条件下,铟的萃取率为97.24%,锌、铁的萃取率均低于5%。采用6 mol/L硫酸作为反萃剂,在相比O/A为1/1,反萃时间15min的条件下,铟、锌、铁的反萃率分别为99.80%、93.53%和95.66%,贫有机相中不含氯离子,洗涤后可循环使用。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that high concentration hydrochloric acid stripping is needed in the traditional solvent extraction process of zinc sulfate solution in zinc hydrometallurgy to recover indium, and chloride ions are entrapped in the poor organic phase after stripping, which endangers zinc hydrometallurgy. In this paper, P204-TOPO mixed extraction system was used to selectively extract indium from indium-containing leaching solution, and the indium-loaded organic phase was stripped by sulfuric acid to realize the recovery of indium in chlorine-free system. It was found that the extraction process of indium in the mixed system belongs to cation exchange, and the association of TOPO and P204 weakens the stability of the extraction complex formed by P204 and indium ions, which was beneficial to improve its stripping performance. The effects of single factor conditions such as extractant concentration, reaction time, sulfuric acid concentration and temperature on the extraction of indium were studied. The results showed that the extraction efficiency of indium was 97.24%, the extraction ratio of zinc and iron was low than 5% under the conditions of the mixture of 10%P204-4%TOPO-86% sulfonated kerosene, an O/A phase ratio of 1/1, sulfuric acid concentration of 20g/L at 25°C for 5 min.Using 6 mol/L sulfuric acid as stripping agent, under the conditions of O/A ratio of 1/1 and stripping time of 15 min, the stripping rates of indium, zinc and iron are 99.80%, 93.53% and 95.66%, respectively. The lean organic phase does not contain chloride ions, and can be recycled after scrubbing.
