中文摘要: 为实现湿法炼锌过程中镓电积贫液的循环利用,针对镓电积过程中电积贫液杂质离子铝含量高的问题,以石灰乳为脱铝试剂,采用石灰乳沉淀法脱除镓电积贫液中的铝,采用单因素试验法重点研究了脱铝过程中的工艺参数如石灰乳加入量、反应温度、反应时间、搅拌速度等对铝脱除的影响。结果表明,在反应温度85 ℃、石灰乳加入量为理论钙铝摩尔比的4倍、反应时间3 h、搅拌速度500 r/min的条件下,电积贫液中铝的脱除率为92.5%,镓的损失率为21.9%,镓电积贫液可返回镓富集物碱溶造液过程,实现循环利用。
Abstract:In this paper,aiming at the problem of the enrichment of aluminum impurity ions in the gallium electrowinning process, the proposes to use lime milk as a purifying agent to purify and remove the impurity aluminum ions in the gallium electrowinning lean liquid, so as to realize the recycling of the gallium electrowinning lean liquid.The study used a single factor test method to analyze the relationship between the reaction temperature, the amount of lime milk added, the reaction time, the stirring speed and the removal rate of gallium and aluminum. The results showed that at the reaction temperature of 85 ℃, the amount of lime milk added was 4 times the theoretical molar ratio. With a reaction time of 3 h and a stirring speed of 500 r/min, the removal rate of aluminum in the electrowinning lean liquid is 92.5%, and the removal rate of gallium is 21.9%. The gallium electrowinning lean liquid can be reused as a gallium concentrate alkali dissolve the liquid to realize recycling.
