中文摘要: 通常认为充填配比固定时,尾砂充填料浆浓度决定充填体强度。但该观点未能考虑到料浆泌水对充填体造成的影响。本次研究利用测试模具,测试并分析了不同配比与粒级组成的尾砂料浆泌水特性及其对充填体的影响。研究发现:①少量水泥添加即可显著抑制料浆泌水,采用微胶充填可实现充填采场泌水控制;②料浆泌水将显著降低不同初始浓度料浆间的浓度差。但泌水后各充填体间的体积含水率仍存在明显差异,即各充填体的孔隙率仍存在一定差异。③充填骨料的粒级组成越接近,粒径越单一,泌水后料浆浓度与充填体体积含水率差异也越小。因此,仅以充填浓度作为评价充填体强度的标准存在不足。
Abstract:At present, it is commonly believed when the cement content is fixed, the strength of cemented backfill is only determined by the concentration of tailings slurry. But this opinion does not take the influences of slurry bleeding on cemented backfill into account. In this study, by using a designed bleeding testing mould, the bleeding features and the influences on cemented backfill of tailings slurries with different cement content and tailing types have been studied. The experimental results showed that: ①Even adding a small amount of cement can significantly decrease the volume of slurry bleeding, therefore by using backfill with small cement content can achieve the goal of bleeding control. ②The slurry bleeding can dramatically decrease the concentration differences between tailings slurries with different original concentrations. While after bleeding, there are still some obvious volumetric moister content difference between different cemented backfills, indicating their porosities are different. ③The closer the particle size of the filling aggregate is, the smaller of the differences between slurry concentration and volumetric moisture content of the backfill after bleeding. Therefore, there are some disadvantages in the evaluation of strength of cemented backfill only by using the filling concentration as the standard.
