中文摘要: 为分析戈壁砂-棒磨砂充填料浆的流变特性和粘度影响规律,获取管道输送特性。本文针对金川矿区不同粒径戈壁砂和棒磨砂,进行物料粒径级配分析,以实验法确定戈壁砂与棒磨砂最优混合比例,针对不同粒径戈壁砂与棒磨砂制备高浓度料浆,通过流变实验获取流变参数,应用响应曲面法对料浆流变特性的影响规律进行分析。研究结果表明,戈壁砂-棒磨砂充填料浆符合充填料浆工业需求,料浆流变模型符合Herschel-Bulkey模型;质量浓度、水泥添加量以及配比对料浆粘度都具有显著影响,呈正比例影响关系,其中质量浓度影响最显著。根据多元分析建立了粘度的非线性模型,模型精度高,预测相关系数达到0.967,为充填料浆后续管道设计提供理论支撑。
Abstract:In order to analyze the rheological properties and viscosity effects of gobi sand-rod sand filling slurry, and obtain the pipeline transportation characteristics. In this paper, according to the different particle sizes of gobi sand and rod scrub in Jinchuan mining area, the particle size gradation of materials is analyzed, and the optimal mixing ratio of gobi sand and rod scrub is determined experimentally. The rheological parameters were obtained through rheological experiments, and the response surface method was used to analyze the influence of the rheological properties of the slurry. The research results show that the gobi sand-rod sand filling slurry meets the needs of the filling slurry industry, and the slurry rheological model conforms to the Herschel-Bulkey model. influence relationship, in which the mass concentration has the most significant effect. According to the multivariate analysis, the nonlinear model of viscosity was established with high accuracy and the predicted correlation coefficient reached 0.967, which provided theoretical support for the subsequent pipeline design of filling slurry.
