中文摘要: 本文在Al7Si0.3Mg合金含0.3%Er的基础上研究了不同Zr含量对合金组织及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,在添加Zr元素之后,Zr与Er形成了第二相颗粒Al3Er和Al3Zr,这些第二相粒子在铝液凝固过程中起到双重形核和细化作用,显著细化α-Al和共晶Si的分枝,提高了合金的力学性能。当Zr含量为0.2%时,其抗拉强度达到了182MPa,延伸率为6.4%,较未添加Zr元素的合金抗拉强度和延伸率分别提高了16.7%和33.3%。

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of different Zr contents on the organization and mechanical properties of Al7Si0.3Mg alloy containing 0.3% Er were investigated. The results show that the addition of Zr elements not only significantly refines α-Al, but also refines the branching of eutectic Si and improves the mechanical properties of the alloy, which is due to the formation of second-phase particles Al3Er and Al3Zr by Zr and Er, and these second-phase particles play a double nucleation and refinement role in the solidification process of aluminum liquid. When the Zr content was 0.2%, the tensile strength reached 288 MPa and elongation was 6.4%, which increased the tensile strength and elongation by 8.6% and 33.3%, respectively, relative to the alloy without the addition of Zr elements.
