中文摘要: 本文研究了不同退火工艺对激光沉积修复TA15钛合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明通过不同退火处理后激光沉积修复TA15钛合金的基材区为α相与β相的双态组织,热影响区为异质结构,修复区为网篮组织。拉伸试验结果表明经不同退火处理后试件的断裂机制均为韧性断裂,930℃/1h热处理后的试件获得塑性与强度最优匹配。通过DIC全场应变手段分析发现经不同退火处理后的试样均断裂在激光修复区,修复区决定整体修复试样的力学性能。
Abstract:In this paper, the effect of different annealing processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of laser deposition repair TA15 titanium alloy is investigated. The results show that after laser deposition repair of TA15 titanium alloy by different annealing treatments, the base material area is a bimodal organization of α-phase and β-phase, the heat-affected zone is a heterogeneous structure, and the repair area is a net basket organization. The tensile test results show that the fracture mechanism of the specimens after different annealing treatments is plastic fracture, and the specimens after 930℃/1h heat treatment obtain the optimal matching of plasticity and strength. Through the DIC full-field strain analysis, it was found that the specimens after different annealing treatments were fractured in the laser repair zone, and the repair zone determines the mechanical properties of the overall repaired specimens.
