中文摘要: 煤矸石是矿山开采后遗留的固体废物,传统的测坍落度已无法解决煤矸石基充填料浆泵送过程出现的离析、堵管等问题。为此,本文通过Herschel-Bulkley模型拟合流变曲线,对屈服应力、表观黏度和流变特征等进行系统分析, 研究了Talbol连续级配下分级添加矸石颗粒的矸石充填料浆流变学参数变化规律及影响因素。实验结果表明,(1)小粒径范围内连续级配浆料“絮网结构”承载性能更好,非连续级配中大颗粒的配位数比小粒径大,屈服应力更高;(2)添加0.5mm、0.5-1mm矸石颗粒后,料浆“絮网结构”存在一个临界最大值,其是更大粒径矸石颗粒实现悬浮的基础;(3)“絮网结构”的承载性能随矸石粒径的增大而减小,表观黏度随剪切速率变化呈现先减小再增加后趋于平缓;(4)当<50s-1时,料浆状态呈现剪切稀化或近牛顿流体状态,更易于搅拌和输送。该研究为矿山矸石充填料浆管道输送提供了借鉴。

Abstract:Coal gangue is the solid waste left after mining, the traditional slump measurement has not been able to solve the pumping process of coal gangue-based cemented paste backfill (GCPB) slurry segregation, plugging and other problems. In this paper, the Herschel-Bulkley (H-B) model was chosen to fit the rheological curves, and the rheological parameters such as yield stress, apparent viscosity and rheological characteristics were analyzed to study the changes of rheological parameters and influencing factors of GCPB slurry with graded addition of gangue particles under continuous gradation of Talbol. The experimental results showed that: (1) the load-bearing performance of continuous graded slurry "flocculent network structure" was better in the range of small particle size, and the coordination number of large particles in discontinuous graded slurry was larger than that of small particle size, and the yield stress was higher. (2) after adding 0.5mm, 0.5-1mm gangue particles, the slurry "flocculent network structure" there was a critical maximum, which was larger size gangue particles to achieve the basis of suspension. (3) "flocculent network structure" load-bearing performance with the increase of gangue particle size and decrease, apparent viscosity varies with shear rate, showing a pattern of decreasing, then increasing and then leveling off. (4) when < 50s-1, the slurry state presented shear thinning or near Newtonian fluid state, easy to mix and transport. The study provides a reference for mine GCPB slurry pipeline conveying.
