中文摘要: 辽宁某尾矿(本研究试验样品)含Li2O 0.43%,主要以锂云母(2.20%)和锂辉石(3.84%)形式存在;含有部分铁磁性物杂质,不利于锂矿物浮选富集,属于低品位难选锂矿资源。根据试验样品性质及前期探索试验结果,提出了磁选预先脱铁磁性矿物,开-闭路联合分步的新技术思路处理该矿石,即采用两性捕收剂AP01开路浮选锂云母,复合脂肪酸CA01闭路浮选锂辉石。在优化条件下,小型试验获得产率9.46%,Li2O品位1.21%,Li2O回收率26.62%的锂云母精矿,以及产率10.04%,Li2O品位1.92%,Li2O回收率44.83%的锂辉石精矿。两种产品合并,Li2O总回收率达到71.65%,Li2O品位达1.58%,达到可销售锂矿要求。精矿产品分析检测结果表明,AP01对锂云母具有优良的选择性,CA01兼顾锂辉石选择性的同时,与残余AP01共同作用强化捕收微细粒难浮锂云母。研究结果对类似低品位难选锂矿的综合利用提供了有价值的参考。
Abstract:The tailings (raw ore used in this work) produced from a lithium flotation plant in Liaoning province contains 0.43% Li2O, mainly in the forms of lepidolite (2.20%) and spodumene (3.84%). Abundant ferromagnetic minerals as impurities were found in the ore, and they would adversely affect the flotation enrichment of lithium minerals from the ore. Such ore can be defined as a difficultly concentrated ore with low lithium grade. Based on the raw ore properties and preliminary separation tests results, a technology route of "magnetic separation pre-treatment for removing ferromagnetic impurities, and then an open-closed circuit stepwise flotation process for concentrating lithium minerals from the magnetic separation tailings" was proposed for treating the ore. During flotation process, an amphoteric collector AP01 and a multiple fatty acid collector CA01 were respectively employed to float lepidolite with an open-circuit process, and spodumene with a closed-circuit process. Under optimized conditions, a lepidolite concentrate with 9.46% weight, 1.21% Li2O grade and 26.62% Li2O recovery, and a spodumene concentrate assaying 1.92% Li2O grade with 10.04% weight and 44.83% lithium recovery were produced by the batch-scale tests. The Li2O grade and recovery of two concentrates mixture are 1.58% and 71.65%, respectively, which reached the marketable grade of lithium resources. The analysis results of concentrates indicated that the AP01 and CA01 collectors exhibited excellent flotation selectivities for lepidolite and spodumene, respectively, and their cooperation can effectively collect the hardly floated lepidolite with ultrafine particle sizes. This work may provide valuable references for the comprehensive utilization of the low grade lithium resource.
