中文摘要: 为探究普朗铜矿在开采过程中由爆破引发的冲击荷载对于两种矿岩动态力学特性以及爆破时破碎能变化规律,采用SHPB试验装置对两种矿岩进行不同荷载下的冲击试验,分析两种矿岩的动态抗压强度及能量变化规律。试验结果表明:随着应变率的增加,两种岩石的动态抗压强度均呈幂函数增加。与B型矿石相比,A类矿石表现出更高的动态抗压强度,且两者的差异随应变率的增大而增大。其中,A类矿石的动态抗压强度提高了264.32%,B型试件的动态抗压强度提高了210.73%。A类矿石的单位体积吸收能随应变率增加其增长幅度大于B类岩石;对两种矿石破碎后的碎块分布进行的分析显示,B类矿石的分形维数整体较高。研究结果为矿山长期稳定的安全生产和爆破方案的选择提供了重要的理论依据。

Abstract:In order to explore the impact load caused by blasting in the mining process of Pulang Copper Mine for the dynamic mechanical properties of two kinds of ore rocks and the change law of crushing energy during blasting, the impact test of two kinds of ore rocks under different loads was carried out by SHPB test device, and the dynamic compressive strength and energy change law of two kinds of ore rocks were analyzed. The test results show that with the increase of strain rate, the dynamic compressive strength of the two rocks increases in a power function. Compared with B-type ore, A-type ore shows higher dynamic compressive strength, and the difference between them increases with the increase of strain rate. Among them, the dynamic compressive strength of type A ore increased by 264.32 %, and the dynamic compressive strength of type B specimen increased by 210.73 %. The unit volume absorption energy of type A ore increases more than that of type B rock with the increase of strain rate. The analysis of the distribution of fragments after crushing of the two ores shows that the fractal dimension of the B-type ore is higher as a whole. The research results provide an important theoretical basis for the long-term and stable safety production of mines and the selection of blasting schemes.
