中文摘要: 钼具有良好的抗蠕变性能和与碱金属的相容性,是核反应堆结构材料的候选金属之一,但是由于钼的室温脆性严重限制了其应用。金属钼中加入铼元素,由于“铼效应”的影响提高了钼的再结晶温度,改善了其室温加工性能。其中表现较好的是铼含量为41~47.5Wt.%和10~15Wt.%的钼铼合金,具有良好的室温强度和一定的韧塑性。由于铼资源稀缺,如何保障材料性能的同时降低铼含量对钼铼合金发展具有重要意义。本文阐述了钼铼合金在核反应堆结构材料中的应用以及制备工艺现状,分析了高铼合金和低铼合金的性能优势,最后对钼铼合金还存在的问题进行了总结和展望。
Abstract:Molybdenum is one of the candidate metals for nuclear reactor structural [ ]materials because of its good creep properties and compatibility with alkali metals, but its application is limited by its room temperature brittleness. Rhenium is added to metallic molybdenum, which increases the recrystallization temperature of molybdenum and improves its room temperature processability. Among them, Mo-Re alloys with rhenium content of 41~47.5Wt.% and 10~15Wt.% have good room temperature strength and certain toughness and plasticity. Due to the scarcity of rhenium resources, it is of great significance to ensure material performance while reducing Re content for the development of molybdenum rhenium alloys. This article elaborates on the application and preparation status of molybdenum rhenium alloys in nuclear reactor structural materials, analyzes the performance advantages of high rhenium alloys and low rhenium alloys, and finally summarizes and looks forward to the existing problems of molybdenum rhenium alloys.
