中文摘要: 钝化技术具有原位修复、操作简单、周期短等优势,在重金属污染土壤修复中得到广泛应用,高性能钝化材料是该技术的关键所在。本文以多孔地聚物为基体,通过酸处理和后嫁接法制备出巯基改性多级孔地聚物。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、氮气物理吸附、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析了样品的组成与结构特征,考察了样品对土壤中铅的钝化性能。结果表明,酸处理不仅能有效提高地聚物的BET比表面积,也可为后续的巯基接枝提供反应位点,SH-3HGeo样品对土壤中铅的钝化率随添加量的增加而增加。当添加量为7%时,SH-3HGeo样品在钝化处理120 d后对土壤中铅的钝化率可达90.2%。 BCR结果表明,SH-3HGeo钝化处理后土壤中Pb由易迁移的酸溶态和还原态转化为稳定性较强的可氧化态与残渣态,残渣态Pb含量增加了30.01%,表明巯基改性多级孔地聚物在土壤重金属污染修复领域具有巨大的应用潜力。

Abstract:High performance stabilization material is the key to this technology. In this paper, sulfhydryl modified hierarchical porous geopolymers were prepared from porous geopolymer by acid treatment and post-grafting processes. The composition and structure of the samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen adsorption, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Fourier-Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The stabilization performance of the samples to lead in soil was investigated. The results showed that the acid treatment could not only effectively improve the BET surface area of geopolymers, but also provide a reaction site for the subsequent sulfhydryl grafting. The stabilization rate of lead in soil of SH-3HGeo samples increased with increasing of the addition amount. When the dosage of SH-3HGeo sample was 7%, the stabilization rate of lead in soil could reach 90.3% after 120 days. BCR results showed that Pb in soil was transformed from easily migrated acid-soluble state and reduced state to stable oxidizable state and residue state, and the residued Pb content increased by 30.01% after SH-3HGeo treatment. The results indicated that the sulfhydryl modified hierarchical porous geopolymer have great application potential in remediation of soil heavy metal pollution.
