分层分级风化壳淋积型稀土矿渗流特性及孔隙结构演化规律

中文摘要: 为了提高堆浸工艺的稀土浸出效率,通过分层分级柱浸实验,CT扫描和图像处理技术相结合的手段,探索颗粒级配组合类型对风化壳淋积型稀土矿重组矿样的渗流特性的影响规律,优化分层分级矿样组合类型,并从微观孔隙结构角度揭示优选分层分级重组矿样堆浸渗流机制。结果表明:分层分级组合矿样的渗透系数均高于原矿,且粗中细矿样的渗透系数最大;原矿孔隙体积集中在-0.001 mm3,而粗中细矿样的粗、中、细粒径层的主要分布于+0.001 mm3、0.0001 mm3-0.001 mm3、-0.0001 mm3;原矿孔隙长度和宽度均小于0.4 mm,而粗、中、细粒层孔隙长度分别为0.4 mm-1 mm、0.2 mm-0.4 mm、-0.2 mm,其孔隙宽度分别为0.4 mm-1 mm、-0.3 mm、-0.2 mm;原矿孔喉长度主要分布与0.1 mm-0.3 mm,而粗、中、细粒层的分别集中于0.1 mm-0.3 mm、0.2 mm-0.4 mm、0.2 mm-0.5 mm;浸矿后粗中细矿样的整体连通性优于原矿。研究结果可为提高风化壳淋积型稀土矿堆浸工艺的稀土浸出效率提供理论依据。
Abstract:To improve the rare earth leaching efficiency of the heap leaching process, the influence of particle gradation combination type on the seepage characteristics of the weathered crust elution-deposited type rare earth ore was explored using layered graded column leaching experiment, CT scanning and image processing technology. The combination type of layered graded ore samples was optimized, and the seepage mechanism of layered graded ore samples was revealed from the perspective of microscopic pore structure. The results show that the permeability coefficient of the combined ore samples is higher than that of the raw ore, and the permeability coefficient of the coarse, medium and fine ore samples is the largest. The pore volume of raw ore is concentrated in -0.001 mm3, while the coarse, medium and fine particle size layers of coarse, medium and fine ore samples are mainly distributed in +0.001 mm3, 0.0001 mm3-0.001 mm3, -0.0001 mm3. The pore length and width of the raw ore are less than 0.4 mm, while the pore lengths of the coarse, medium and fine-grained layers are 0.4 mm-1 mm, 0.2 mm-0.4 mm and -0.2 mm respectively, and the pore widths are 0.4 mm-1 mm, -0.3 mm and -0.2 mm respectively. The pore throat length of the raw ore is mainly distributed with 0.1 mm-0.3 mm, while the coarse, medium and fine-grained layers are concentrated in 0.1 mm-0.3 mm, 0.2 mm-0.4 mm, and 0.2 mm-0.5 mm. The overall connectivity of coarse, medium and fine ore samples after leaching is better than that of raw ore. The research results can provide a theoretical basis for improving the rare earth leaching efficiency of the heap leaching process of weathered crust elution-deposited rare earth ore.
