中文摘要: 巷道底臌问题是严重影响矿井安全生产的主要因素之一,选择适宜的底臌控制技术并确定合理的支护参数,有利于矿井生产安全、高效地进行。本文基于塑性极限分析法研究了底板岩体刚进入塑性极限状态时底板的塑性区范围、应力场分布以及位移演化规律,认为提高底板岩体强度并增加支护阻力可以有效提高底板的极限承载力。并在此基础上,提出了底板锚杆的支护参数包括支护阻力、长度及间距在内的确定方法,为传统支护设计提供科学依据,有一定的工程应用价值。
Abstract:Floor heave in roadways is one of the main factors influencing mine safety production seriously. Suitable floor heave control technology and reasonable support parameters are conducive to a safe and efficient mine production. Based on plastic limit analysis method, this paper studied the plastic zone, stress distribution of floor and displacement evolution law when floor rocks reaching their plastic limit state, which indicates that improving the strength of floor rocks and supporting resistance could increase the ultimate bearing capacity of the floor effectively. Therefore, a determination method of supporting parameters including supporting resistance, length and space for floor anchor was put forward, which provides scientific basis for traditional support design and has a certain engineering value.
