萃取法回收废弃液晶屏中铟工艺废水零排放和回用研究

中文摘要: 以萃取法回收废弃液晶屏中铟的工艺所产生的废水为研究对象,研究出了石灰调浆中和 氧化工艺,并对其效果和成本进行了分析。经中和处理后,废水中Pb、Cr、Cd等离子远远低于《工业用水回用标准(GB/T 19923-2005)》,Al、Fe、Pb、Zn的去除率分别达到99.8%、99.9%、96.82%、99.61%,中和底渣各组分含量均低于毒性鉴别标准限定值,不属于危险固体废物;经氧化处理后废水中COD含量由650mg/L降至215mg/L,可返回至生产工艺。石灰调浆中和 氧化工艺出水水质较好,可实现零排放,同时成本较低,约为52元/m3。本研究可为萃取法回收废弃液晶屏中铟的工艺过程中废水的处理处置提供技术参考。

Abstract:The object waste water of this study come from the extraction process of LCD for recoving Indium. We developed a lime neutralization oxide process and researched its effective and cost. After lime neutralization, the concentration of Pb, Cr and Cd ions were far below the “industrial water reuse standards (GB / T 19923-2005)”, and the Al, Fe, Pb, Zn removal rate reached 99.8%, 99.9 %, 96.82%, and 99.61%, respectively. The content of each component in the neutralizated bottom slag were lower than the standard limit of toxicity identification, classified as undangerous solid waste. After the oxidation treatment, the COD levels dropped from 650mg/L to 215mg/L, can be returned to the production process. Lime neutralization oxidation process has the advantage of good output water quality and achieved zero emissions. The cost of the process is only 52 yuan/m3. This study could be a technical support for wastewater reuse and zero release in the process of recovered Indium from LCD screen.
