中文摘要: 通过纯矿物浮选试验、表面Zeta电位以及吸附量的测定,考察了捕收剂用量、pH和硫化钠用量以及不同铵(胺)盐对黄铜矿浮选行为的影响。研究结果显示:硫化钠抑制黄铜矿的机理是由于硫化钠阻碍了黄药在黄铜矿表面的吸附。六种无机铵盐在低用量下,能够在不同程度上消除硫化钠的抑制作用。黄铜矿表面药剂吸附量试验表明,氯化铵和乙二胺磷酸盐都能够在一定程度上消除硫化钠减弱黄药在黄铜矿表面上吸附量的影响,提高黄铜矿可浮性。
Abstract:By pure minerals flotation test, the determination of surface Zeta potential and adsorption quantity, examines the different dosage of collector, pH and sodium sulfide as well as the different ammonium salt (amine) effects on chalcopyrite flotation behavior. The results show that sodium sulphide inhibits the chalcopyrite by blocking the adsorption of the xanthate on the surface of the chalcopyrite. Six kinds of inorganic ammonium salts are used in low doses to eliminate the inhibitory effect of sodium sulphide. Chalcopyrite surface agent adsorption test show that ammonium chloride and ethylenediamine phosphate can partly eliminate sodium sulphide weakened the influence of xanthate adsorption on the surface of chalcopyrite, improve chalcopyrite flotability.
