中文摘要: 以废弃的铝制易拉罐为原料,通过除漆、粉碎和酸洗制得酸洗铝易拉罐材料(AW-AlC)。采用SEM、XPS对材料进行了表征,探索了AW-AlC对Cr(VI)的去除性能并对其反应产物及机理进行了分析。结果表明:当反应温度为30℃、溶液初始pH值为2.5、Cr(VI)的初始浓度为20mg/L、AW-AlC投加量为6g/L、反应时间为90min时,去除率为99.5%。反应过程与一级动力学模型(R2 =0.9569)能较好的拟合。AW-AlC去除Cr(VI)作用机理是零价铝直接还原作用以及多金属体系构成原电池的吸附和还原共同作用。
Abstract:The acid-washed aluminium can material (AW-AlC) was prepared from waste aluminium cans by removing paint, crushing and pickling. The material were characterized by SEM and XPS. The removal performance of Cr (VI) by AW-AlC was explored, and the reaction products and mechanism were analyzed. The results showed that the removal rate was 99.5% when the reaction temperature was 30℃, the initial pH value of the solution was 2.5, the initial concentration of Cr (VI) was 20 mg/L, the dosage of AW-AlC was 6g/L and the reaction time was 90 min. The reaction process fitted well with the first-order kinetic model (R2 = 0.9569). The mechanism of removal Cr (VI) by AW-AlC is the direct reduction of aluminium and the adsorption and reduction of galvanic cell effect.
