      以工厂收集的含锗粉煤灰为原料,通过采用高温二次火法工艺来富集粉煤灰中的稀贵金属锗,探究其温度、C含量等主要因素对其高温二次火法富集锗工艺的影响,并对其原因进行分析,得到最优的工艺参数:结果表明经过前处理的粉煤灰在1700℃下、C含量为1%、碱度为1、保温时间1h后燃烧过后的渣中锗含量最低,挥发率最高达到96.2%。

      The germanium-containing fly ash collected by the factory is used as raw material to enrich the rare metal germanium in fly ash by using high temperature secondary fire method, and the main factors such as temperature and C content are enriched by high temperature secondary fire method. Analyzing the impact of the process and its causes. The results showed that the pre-treated fly ash was burned at 1700℃, the C content was 1%, the alkalinity was 1, and the holding time was 1 h. The slag has the lowest content of germanium and the highest volatility reaches 96.2%.
