      以亚熔盐法回收铝钠之后的赤泥为主要原料,添加碳粉和氧化钙,对其进行还原焙烧磁选提铁,并探讨过程中钪的流向。考察了还原温度、还原时间及氧化钙添加量对还原效果的影响。得出最佳还原条件为1000℃下还原0.5h,氧化钙添加量为26(赤泥质量:氧化钙质量=100:26)。该条件下铁精矿品位为62.79%,铁的回收率为97.99%,流入精矿而损失的钪为13.08%。
英文摘要:
      The red mud of the sub-molten salt process was used as the main raw material, carbon powder and calcium oxide were added to make reduction roasting magnetic separation for iron, and the flow of scandium in the process was discussed. The reduction temperature, reduction time and the dosage of calcium oxide on the reduction effect were examined. The optimal reduction condition was obtained as follows: reduction at 1000℃ for 0.5h, calcium oxide addition amount was 26(red mud mass: calcium oxide mass =100:26). Under the condition, the grade of iron concentrate was 62.79%, the recovery of iron was 97.99%, the loss of scandium for flowing into the iron concentration was 13.08%.
