      为了避免传统熔炼法制备合金易产生枝晶偏析的问题,本实验以球型的铜粉和镍粉为实验材料,经过机械混合的合金粉末与聚乙烯醇(PVA)溶液按照质量比为52:6的比例混合制得合金金属粉末浆料。通过3D打印制备了B30铜镍合金的样件坯体,并通过脱脂和烧结得到合金样件。研究了在不同的烧结温度下制件的密度、拉伸强度和收缩率的变化规律。实验结果表明,样件的表面随着烧结温度的升高逐渐趋近于镍的颜色。样件的密度、拉伸强度和收缩率都出现了随着烧结温度的升高先快速上升后缓慢上升的现象。并在烧结温度为900℃时样件的收缩率、密度和拉伸强度都出现了增速减慢的现象。样件在烧结温度为1150℃时的收缩率达到最大值3.45 %,密度达到最大值5.05g/cm3,拉伸强度达到40.26MPa。

      In order to avoid the problem of dendrite segregation in the alloy prepared by traditional smelting method, this experiment took spherical copper powder and nickel powder as experimental materials, and prepared the alloy powder paste by mixing the alloy powder mechanically with PVA solution in the proportion of mass ratio of 52:6. The B30 copper-nickel alloy sample body was prepared by 3D printing, and the alloy sample was obtained by degreasing and sintering. The changes of density, tensile strength and shrinkage rate of the samples at different sintering temperatures were studied. The experimental results show that the color of the sample tends to nickel with the increase of sintering temperature. The density, tensile strength and shrinkage of the samples all rise rapidly and then slowly with the increase of sintering temperature. At the sintering temperature of 900℃, the shrinkage rate, density and tensile strength of the samples all slow down. When the sintering temperature was 1150℃, the shrinkage rate of the samples reached the maximum value of 3.45%, the density reached the maximum value of 5.05g/cm 3, and the tensile strength reached 40.26MPa.
