Abstract:
      In order to reduce the impurities zinc content in lead concentrate and realize effective separation of copper -lead,we used copper and lead mixing float - mixing tailing choose zinc process. Lime、sodium sulfide suppress pyrite and some inevitable ions, Z-200、SN-9 flotation of copper and lead mineral. When copper lead rough concentrate grinding fineness of up to -0.038 mm (85%),we adopt the suppression of lead floating copper process,and in this process activate carbon was used for reagent removal, K2Cr2O7 and CMC as the combined depressants for galena and Z-200 for the Cu collector. The results of the experiment obtained the copper concentrate with a copper grade of 20.13% , copper recovery of 84.25%, and a lead grade of 6.02%; And the lead concentrate with a lead grade of 48.56%, lead recovery of 77.35% ,and a zinc grade of 7.54%. The results lead concentrates zinc content from 15% to 7.54%. The experiment to achieve the copper and lead, lead and zinc effective separation. In the meantime, we reduced the amount of K2Cr2O7 in the copper and lead separation, thus reduced damage to the environment. Experiment for seeking non-toxic drug toxicity of copper and lead separation provides a new direction.
