Abstract: |
For the comprehensive recovery chongyi tungsten polymetallic ore resources in JiangXi province, based on the process mineralogy to the importance of studying ore’s separability, the process mineralogy characteristics in detail was investigate in this paper. The results show that: the ore mineral composition complex and various mineral associations, tungsten mineral mainly in the form of wolframite output and a small amount of scheelite, other minerals such as stannum, copper, lead, zinc, sulfur, silver with a low weight contented, so the associated recovery was considered. Due to the complexity of mineral embedded characteristics, uneven dissemination size, different monomer dissociation and complicated property of the gangue minerals containing calcium, close to flotability of tungsten mineral , easy to crush and mud, in accordance with the "early can gather, can throw early lost" principle, the main process with“gravity–flotation”combined technology, and “stage grinfing-stage separation” characteristic was adequate consideration for recovery. |
