| Abstract: |
| The BL1500 spiral concentrator was developed by BGRIMM,It has a large number applications in mineral processing industry,which applyed in the processing of weakly magnetic iron ore such as hematite,specularite and chromite.To solve the problem which the magnetic concentrate grade was decreased by magnetic agglomeration,BL1500 spiral concentrators was firstly applicated in re-cleaning of magnetite concentrate which concentrated by magnetic separating in a Chengde Iron Mine.Good results have been achieved by the transforming original process flow into “Magnetic-Gravity” joint process flow.After the transforming,the final grade of iron concentrate could be improved 2-3% with the same total recovery. |
