Abstract:
A complex copper sulfide ore containing high content of pyrrhotite, copper minerals and pyrrhotite is disseminated more closely and copper sulfide minerals dissemination size is uneven. Therefore, it is difficult to obtained a good copper index with conventional beneficiation process Based on the characteristic of process mineralogy of the ore, technological process and reagent system was explored in detail. The results show that the copper concentrate with copper bearing of 19.91% and recovery rate of 95.20 % can be obtained by using the process of “Part-selective — Copper-Sulphur bulk flotation-mixed rougher concentrate regrinding and separation” with Part-selective copper concentrate used as carriers was returned to the second choice of copper-sulfur . This process can improve the percent recovery of copper significantly. This work has guiding significance for the optimization of the production process of the ore.
