Abstract:
      The type 550-650 horizontal drawing machine was used in the experiment to study that the effect of drawing process on the aluminum alloy electric pole’s organization, electrical performance and mechanical properties under deformations are 0%, 23%, 49%, 66%, 77%, 82%, respectively. The results show that drawing process has certain influence on the comprehensive properties of the samples. With the drawing deformations increased, the strength of extension of aluminum alloy electric pole gradually increased. The main reason for the changing trend is the drawing with the outcome of the grain refining strengthening and the high density of dislocations combined action. Conductivity has small amplitude decreased, which is mainly due to the grain refinement of the increase grain boundary area. When the drawing deformation is 77%, the comprehensive property of the sample is the best, the electrical conductivity and tensile strength are reach to 57.56 %IACS and 269 MPa, respectively.
