Abstract:
      By the reasons of the phenomenon of strong alteration of talc were more, and the gangue mineral mainly composed of pyroxene, olivine, talcum and other calcium-magnesium silicate minerals, there were problems existing in the flotation process, that the nickel copper mixed concentrate grade were lower, and the content of MgO were higher. In order to solve those problems , the test used CMC as inhibitor of gangue minerals and achieved good results, the dosage of CMC add to the cleaning were 300g/t, and the closed circuit flotation index were that copper and nickel mixed concentrate with copper grade and recovery of 5.94% and 82.23%,with nickel grade and recovery of 1.18% and79.93% , and the MgO content from 15.05% to 2.93% before optimization.
