Abstract:
      Added the mixed La-Ce elements modifier to the melted recycled aluminum ADC12 and then investigate the effect of the modification to the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy. The results show that the similar small size grains of the alloy are tightly packed with the addition amount of Re 0.3%.The secondary dendrite arm spacing of the alloy is minimum and the eutectic silicon showing short stick when shortened. At the same time, the hardness of the sample increases and the dimple structure are numerous in the tensile fracture. So the ability of the plastic deformation resists and the tensile strength increases.
