Abstract:
      WO3 grade is low only 0.35% in a tungsten mine of JiangXi, WO3 exists mainly in the form of scheelite. The ore is a complex refractory low grade scheelite. Structures are complex, valuable mineral dissemination size is fine, the content of associated calcium gangue minerals are high. In order to develop and utilize the resource, we tested a large number of process conditions and flow. Results show that CMC as pulp regulators, Pb (NO3)2 as scheelite activator, Na2SiO3 Al2(SO4)3 as gangue combined inhibitor, GYB GYR as scheelite combined collecting agent, the rough scheelite concentrate is obtained by closed process of “one rough-two sweep-four concentrate” at normal temperature; Adding the lime into the rough scheelite concentrate, adjusting pulp temperature to 90℃,stirring on hour in the pulp of 55%.The scheelite concentrate is obtained by closed process of “one rough-two sweep-four concentrate”.The grade and the recovery rate of WO3 reach 61.89% and 63.83% respectively.
