Abstract: |
The polysilicon wiresawing waste usually contains more than 30 wt% high purity silicon powder which is valuable and recoverable. Tiny silicon carbide particles and impurities of boron and phosphorus are two difficult problem in the thoroughly separation and purification. The current method and study for these problems were summarized and compared, and pointed out the developing tendency in the future. |
