Abstract: |
The effect of straw cellulose hydrolyzed by sulfuric acid on bioleaching of copper sulfide ore was investigated. The results showed that 50% sulfuric acid hydrolyze cellulose into reducing sugar. The hydrolyzed cellulose had a promoting effect on the growth of the mixed strains. It can decrease the Eh value of leaching solution and reduce the surface passivation in the leaching process. The copper extraction of chalcopyrite mineral was increased by 36.35%. The copper extraction of low-grade copper ore from Yunnan was increased by 11.91%. |
