Abstract:
      Yunnan copper nickel sulfide ore main metal mineral chalcopyrite, chalcocite, pentlandite, containing nickel pyrrhotite, gangue minerals in the gangue minerals are mainly serpentine, quartz . The ore containing copper nickel containing 0.88%, 0.57%, the ore belongs to low grade copper nickel sulfide ore .For better recovery of copper and nickel minerals, the test specimens were tested and studied. Results show, Sample grinding fineness -0.074mm accounted for 70%, Na2CO3 dosage / T, the amount of CuSO4 200g, dosage of sodium hexametaphosphate 300g / t capture agent for CHO, 2# oil consumption is 40g/t by twice roughing, twice selected, secondary scavenging and middling sequential return flow process. Finally, the recovery rate was 84.39, the grade of copper concentrate was 4.87%, the recovery rate was 78.83%, and the grade of nickel concentrate was 3.05g/t.
