Abstract:
Based on neutralization of acid of nickel anodic electrolyte in production, The separation of acid and salt was investigated by diffusing dialysis process. It indicates that most of acid can be separated and recovered and the recovery of H2SO4 is greater than 80%, while the rejection rate of nickel is greater than 90%. Not only running water but also supernatant fluid of NiCO3 is used in this study, and it recovers H2SO4 and rejects nickel effectively.
