Abstract:
      In the process of roasting -acid leaching -cyanidation and L-SX-EW combined treatment of copper-bearing gold concentrate,effect of calcination temperature and acid leaching acidity on leaching rate of copper and iron and Fe3 concentration in acid leaching solution.Experimental results show that the calcination temperature of 650℃, the roasting time of 1h , the initial concentration of acid of 40g/L, the acid leaching ratio of liquid to solid of 3:1, the acid leaching temperature of 85℃, the acid leaching time of 1h, the leaching rate of copper is greater than 96%, the leaching rate of iron is 21%, the acid leaching solution the concentration of Fe3 is 2.87g/ L.The test results show that the base does not change the original process by adjusting the calcination temperature and acid leaching of acid concentration of two key process parameters, can achieve the goal of "improve the leaching rate of copper, and decrease the concentration of Fe3
