Abstract: |
The heat dissipation of surrounding rock has a large proportion of mine heat source, while shed support has a certain effect on heat transfer of surrounding rock in roadway of coal mine. The heat transfer and flow structure characteristics have been obtained and compared with each other for the reynolds numbers of 25860~689600 by using numerical simulation with Standard k-e turbulence model. The study shows that the heat transfer intensity increases due to shed support, and heat radiation from wall to roadway space increases, which increases linearly with the increase of Reynolds number. Temperature gradient is expanded by roadway supporting, so that the temperature increases 0.75m away from the wall significantly. The pressure difference increases exponentially with the Reynolds number when there is shed support in roadway of coal mine, but the pressure difference increases linearly shed support doesn’t exist. |
