Abstract:
The removal of paint film of copper wire from enameled wire is a difficult problem for the reclaimed copper industry. Using the friction equipment which produced by myself and the chromite ore, and then letting them rubbing absolutely. According to the stripping process of copper meters, we investigate the factors such as chromite ore size, the rotation rate of friction equipment, the mixing ratio of chromite ore and copper meters and friction cycle times to influence the film removal effect. As the copper meters of enameled wire is the best oxygen free copper, so the copper meters which deal with can be reused directly. The experimental results show that the best plan is that: chromite ore size is 45 size, the rotation rate of friction equipment is 2700r/min, the mixing ratio of chromite ore and copper meters is 1.5:1, and copper meters and friction cycle times is 15 times. Under this condition, the film removal rate is 89.65%, and achieved direct recycling conditions.
