Abstract:
      The flow field in grinding chamber of pin-stirred mill was numerically simulated by FLUENT, analyzed the parameters such as velocity, turbulence intensity and shear rate, the motion law of flow field in grinding chamber was studied. With the increase of agitator speed, the energy transfer in the flow field was lower and the energy utilization was not favorable. Through the numerical simulation research, more intuitive understudied of the mill grinding operation principle, and provided the theoretical basis for the optimization design of mechanical parameters.
