Abstract:
In this paper, 1.5 mm thick DP590 steel plate as the experimental material, welding power, welding time, the defocusing amount is variable, the design of three factors and three levels orthogonal test, analysis of the influence of different welding parameters on the quality of welded joints; The Euler analysis model of laser adhesive spot welding joint was established to extract the pressure time curve of each detection point at the adhesive interface, and to analyze the formation mechanism of nodule defects in the welding process; At the same time, ultrasonic C scanning imaging test was carried out on the spot welding joint of DP590 sheet by means of ultrasonic water immersion focusing method. The features of nugget area were analyzed by A scanning signal and C scanning image. The results show that the welding power has the greatest influence on the mechanical properties of the joint, the welding time is the next, and the defocusing rate is the least; The simulation results show that the high pressure gas is discharged from the gap between the upper plate and the lower plate, and a part of the gas is expelled from the molten pool and leaves the gasification zone after the gas is discharged; Combined with analysis of A sweep signal and C scan image, the adhesive joint consists of nugget zone and heat affected zone, gasification layer area and layer area, confirmed the existence of gas layer after gasification from the phenomenon of laser weld bonding process in the presence of ultrasound analysis is consistent with the experimental results.
