Abstract:
In order to find out the best experimental conditions and make it more accurately, this article uses the RSM to analyze the test results of zinc experimental conditions in the high oxidation rate lead-zinc ore flotation tests, the optimal test conditions are: sodium carbonate 624.68g/t, sodium hexametaphosphate 1200 g/t, 6.01 kg/t sodium sulfide, and 200 g/t octadecylamine. On the basis above, closed-circuit tests of lead and zinc flotation were conducted to obtain the ideal indicator of lead concentrate with Pb grade is 52.22%, the recovery of Pb is 92.07%, Zn grade is 38.10% in zinc concentrate, and the recovery of Zn is 89.46%. It can be used as a reference for recovery of lead-zinc mines and the application of RSM in beneficiation tests.
