Abstract:
      In order to achieve the better decision of the composition of rebuilding roof in underground mine, 4 types of samples of unclassified tailing cemented backfilling(UTB) were obtained to carry out the experimental and theoretical research on tensile characteristics, with tailings-cement ratios of 4:1, 6:1, 8:1 and 10:1 respectively. The tensile parameters and the strength curves were got by indoor tests, and the damage theory was used to establish the strength equations of UTB based on the test result firstly. The tailings-cement ratio was defined as parametric variable, and the damage theory was used to establish the strength equations of UTB based on the test curves. Then the stress characteristics of the roof was analyzed in the perspective of tensile strength, and the strength model of UTB roof was built. At last, the theory of energy matching was considered to establish the decision model of rebuilding roof. It is revealed that the tailings-cement ratio has a significant effect on tensile characteristics of UTB, and the decision model is related to the structural parameters of artificial rebuilding roof and the overburden load. It is proved by a case study that the decision model is reasonable and feasible, and the better composition decision of artificial roof can be obtained by it.
