中文摘要: 针对现有钛废料脱氧方法存在效率低、金属/熔盐分离困难等问题,本研究提出了一种以Ho作脱氧剂,在Ho/Ho2O3和Ho/HoOCl/HoCl3平衡下直接脱除钛废料中固溶氧的新方法。热力学计算结果表明:1200K条件下,Ho/Ho2O3和Ho/HoOCl/HoCl3平衡的脱氧极限分别为280 ppm O和12 ppm O。实验结果表明:在1200 K下,Ho/Ho2O3平衡脱氧极限为420 ppm O,随着Ho2O3含量的降低,脱氧极限降低;相同温度下,Ho/HoOCl/HoCl3平衡的脱氧极限为180 ppm O,远低于Ho/Ho2O3平衡的脱氧极限,并且随着HoOCl含量的降低,脱氧极限降低,表明HoOCl的生成(2/3Ho (s) + O(in β-Ti, 1 wt %) + 1/3HoCl3(l) = HoOCl (s))有效促进金属Ho深度脱氧。理论及实验结果证明,以Ho作脱氧剂,借助HoOCl的生成可有效脱除钛废料中的固溶氧。基于上述研究结果,本研究提出了一种绿色高效脱氧新工艺。
Abstract:The existing deoxidation method has such disadvantage as low efficiency, and difficulty in separation of molten salt from metal etc. This study proposes a new method to directly remove solid solution oxygen from the titanium scrap by using Ho as a deoxidizer under the equilibrium of Ho/Ho2O3 and Ho/HoOCl/HoCl3.The thermodynamic calculation results show that the deoxidation limit of Ho/Ho2O3 and Ho/HoOCl/HoCl3 equilibrium is 280 ppm O and 12 ppm O at 1200K. The experimental results show that the deoxidation limit under the equilibrium of Ho/Ho2O3 is 420 ppm O at 1200 K. As the content of Ho2O3 decreases, the deoxidation limit decreases; at the same temperature, the deoxidation limit under the equilibrium of Ho/HoOCl/HoCl3 is 180 ppm O , much lower than the deoxidation limit of the Ho/Ho2O3 equilibrium. The decrease of HoOCl content reduces the deoxidation limit, indicating that the formation of HoOCl (2/3 Ho (s) + O(inβ -Ti, 1 wt %)+1/3 HoCl3(l) = HoOCl (s)) effectively promotes the deep deoxidation by Ho metal. Theoretical and experimental results prove that the use of Ho as a deoxidizer can effectively remove the solid dissolved oxygen in the titanium scrap with the help of the generation of HoOCl. Based on the above research results, this study proposes a new green and efficient deoxidation process.
