中文摘要: 针对传统岩体结构信息测量方法工作效率低岩体结构信息不准确、劳动强度大危险系数大等问题,利用Sirovision岩石三维遥感测量系统对岩体结构面信息测量方法进行了研究。以沂南金矿-540中段左叉穿巷为工程背景,进行岩体结构面调查和岩体结构面数字化识别,对岩体结构面的产状、产状分布规律、优势节理等进行了分析,并根据岩石RMR和Q分级方法对-540中段岩体质量分级。综合分析得到该区域岩体为Ⅲ级一般岩体的结论,并根据岩体分级结果对该区域提出相应支护方案,通过数值模拟结果发现该支护方案可将巷道顶板位移量控制在100mm范围内,满足矿山安全生产要求。
Abstract:Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity and high risk coefficient of the traditional measurement method of rock mass structure information, the measurement method of rock mass discontinuity information was studied by using Sirovision rock 3D remote sensing measurement system.Taking the left fork tunnel in the middle section of -540 in Yinan gold mine as the engineering background, the investigation and digital identification of rock mass discontinuities were carried out, and the occurrence, distribution law and dominant joints of the rock mass discontinuities were analyzed, and the rock mass quality of the middle section of -540 was classified according to the rock RMR and Q classification methods.Based on the comprehensive analysis, it is concluded that the rock mass in this region is general rock mass of Ⅲ grade. According to the classification results of rock mass, the corresponding support scheme is proposed for this region. Through the numerical simulation results, it is found that the support scheme can control the displacement of roadway roof within the range of 100mm and meet the requirements of mine safety production.
