退火温度对铸轧3003铝合金冷轧板带材冲压制耳率的影响研究

中文摘要: 3003铝合金具有适中的强度、良好的耐蚀性及优异的焊接性能等优势,被广泛应用于生产食品包装铝箔、散热器等产品。然而,3003铝合金在铸轧工艺过程中,存在制耳率不理想的问题。基于此,本文以本公司生产的3003铝合金冷轧1.0 mm板带材为研究对象,并结合EBSD检测手段,研究了不同退火温度下3003铝合金冷轧板材冲制过程中制耳率与退火温度及织构组织之间的关系,并最终得出影响制耳率的关键因素。研究结果表明:3003铸轧产品冷轧退火后铝合金板材中的织构主要由Copper、Brass、S、Goss等形变织构和Cube、CubeND、P、R、黄铜R等再结晶织构组成,随着退火温度的升高,形变织构向再结晶织构的转变倾向增大,且显著伴随S型织构及R型织构的减少,Cube型及CubeND型织构的逐渐增加,当形变织构与再结晶织构比值介于0.67-0.73范围内时,冲压效果明显改善,制耳率效果理想。
Abstract:3003 aluminum alloy has advantages such as moderate strength, good corrosion resistance, and excellent welding performance, and is widely used in the production of food packaging aluminum foil, radiators, and other products. However, there is a problem of unsatisfactory ear rate in the casting and rolling process of 3003 aluminum alloy. Based on this, this article takes the cold-rolled 1.0mm sheet and strip of 3003 aluminum alloy produced by our company as the research object, and combines EBSD detection method to study the relationship between ear rate, annealing temperature, and texture structure during the punching process of 3003 aluminum alloy cold-rolled sheet at different annealing temperatures. Finally, the key factors affecting ear rate are identified. The research results indicate that the texture in aluminum alloy sheets after cold rolling and annealing of 3003 cast and rolled products is mainly composed of deformation textures such as Copper, Brass, S, Goss, and recrystallization textures such as Cube, CubeND, P, R, and Brass R. With the increase of annealing temperature, the tendency of deformation texture to transform into recrystallization texture increases, and it is significantly accompanied by the decrease of S-type texture and R-type texture, while the gradual increase of Cube and CubeND type texture, When the ratio of deformation texture to recrystallization texture is within the range of 0.67-0.73, the stamping effect is significantly improved and the ear rate effect is ideal.
